The challenge herein is to an order dated 27th December, 2021 passed by the learned Family Judge, Parbhani directing the petitioner - husband to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- per month to his wife as interim maintenance. The petitioner has also been paying a sum of Rs.8,000/- per month as maintenance to the respondent - wife pursuant to order passed in a proceeding under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure. The record indicates that the parents of the petitioner have been pensioners. Family land is there. The petitioner's gross salary is of Rs.30,500/- per month. 3.

In the given circumstances, this Court is not inclined even to issue notice. The learned Judge of Family Court, Parbhani is however directed to 1 / 2

Criminal writ petition stands dismissed.
