2. Limited grievance raised in the petition is that, inspite of repeated representations from the year 2008 till 2014, the request of the petitioner for transfer from Panchayat Samiti, Kinwat, to Nanded, is not being considered.

3. The petitioner would be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to consider his representations. Accordingly, we direct respondent no.2 to decide the representations filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible in accordance with the relevant policy and consider the same, preferably, within four weeks from today.

4. Petition stands disposed of.
