The petitions are filed against the order of absorption.

The petitioners are absorbed in another School at a distance of about

two and half Kms. and four Kms. The posts where the petitioners were working as per the staffing pattern at present are not sanctioned.

It is submitted that the proposal has been submitted for sanction of the posts. However, until the posts are sanctioned, the petitioners would not be entitled for salary even if they are retained at their original place. 3.

The petitioners may join at the absorbed place. In case the posts where the petitioners were working prior to the order of absorption are sanctioned then the Respondents may consider the claim of the petitioners on the said posts.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
