Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

From the record, it is pointed out that managing committee of the trust is not in existence for a long period of time as such by the impugned order it is directed that election be held. Last elections were held in 1995. Thereafter, there are no elections. So also the opponent had admitted that elections is necessary to be conducted.

In view of the same, Deputy Charity Commissioner haS directed to the Inspector of office to conduct the election of the Managing Committee.

There is no error in the impugned order.

Writ Petition stands dismissed.
