Heard both sides. Learned AGP for the applicant submits that due to some administrative difficulties the appeal could not be preferred within time and therefore, delay of 524 days is caused in filing the first appeal. Learned counsel for the respondent has strongly resisted the application.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the applicant and for the reasons stated in civil application, delay of 524 days caused in filing first appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application is allowed and disposed of.
