The applicants pray for producing certain documents on record from page Nos.9 to 38 annexed to the Civil Application. It is stated in the application that these documents would assist the Court while deciding the Writ Petition.

Shri Salunke learned Advocate on behalf of the respondents opposes the application on the ground that the documents are insignificant. 4.
In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the application, same is allowed. The documents at page Nos.9 to 38 of the Civil Application shall be brought on record in the Writ Petition along with a short affidavit, within three weeks from today.
