Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned AGP for respondents, on instructions, submit that the matter was closed for orders on 20-09-2021, however, order could not be passed. The learned AGP submits that petitioner be directed to appear before the Committee and make submissions and thereafter the Committee would decide the proceeding within (01) one week. 3.

In light of the above, the petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 28-02-2022, thereafter, the Committee shall decide the proceeding within a period of (01) one week.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
