Heard Mr. Jadhav, the learned counsel for the petitioners and and learned A.G.Ps. for the respondents.

The petitions are filed seeking grant in aid to the petitioner institutions.

It is also submitted that the petitioners have given representations to the Deputy Director of Education and copy of it
-2has been given to respondent No.1.

Considering the fact that, representations are already given, we have not considered the merits of the contentions. 5.
In the light of the above, we pass the following order. 6.
Respondent No.1 shall consider the representations filed by the petitioners seeking grant in aid to their institutions, in case the same are pending with respondent No.1 on its own merits, in accordance with law, policy and Rules, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. 7.
In case the representations are not with respondent No.1, then the petitioners may file fresh representations, which shall be decided by respondent No.1 on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of the representations. The petitioners are at liberty to present themselves before respondent No.1. The writ petitions accordingly are disposed of. No costs.
