The learned counsel submits that, he has filed an application for compensation to the District Collector, however, the same is not decided.

If, the application for compensation is filed before the Collector, the Collector may adjudicate the same. Of course, after issuing notice to the other parties. He will also adjudicate upon the maintainability of the application before him alongwith all other aspects expeditiously.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
