Learned counsel appearing for all respondents/original defendants submits that, the respondents/original defendants will not create any third party interest in the suit property till the disposal of the suit and, the trial court may be directed to expedite the hearing of the suit.

In view of the above submissions, respondents/original defendants are hereby directed not to create any third party interest in suit property till the disposal of the suit, and, the trial court shall dispose off the suit, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of NINE MONTHS from the date of this order.
