Criminal Application No.2204 of 2020 is fled for restoration of main matter viz. Criminal Application No.427 of 2020.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent No.1-State, Criminal Application No.2204 of 2020 is allowed. The order of dismissal is recalled and the main matter viz. Criminal Application No.427 of 2020 is restored.

In Criminal Application No.427 of 2020, hearing was given to the learned counsel for the applicant. After hearing the

{2} CRI.APPLN.2204 OF 2020 & ANR learned counsel for the applicant for some time, when this Court expressed opinion that the Court is not inclined to grant the relief claimed, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submitted that he wants to withdraw the application. 4.

In view of above submission, Criminal Application No.427 of 2020 is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the applicant requested to give directions to the Juvenile Justice Board for expeditious disposal of the case bearing Juvenile Case No.36 of 2016. 6.

Considering the circumstance that the matter is very old, the Juvenile Justice Board is expected to dispose of Juvenile Case No.36 of 2016, within three months from the date of receipt of the present order.

Authenticated copy of the present order is allowed to both the sides.
