This motion is for speaking to minutes to the order dated 26.08.2025.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount and amount deposited in this Court is directed to be transmitted to the M.A.C.T. at Nandurbar. I am being pointed out that para Nos. 5 and 12 in which a direction has been issued to the applicants to furnish the undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. It is submitted that if the amount is transmitted to the Tribunal, then the undertaking needs to be furnished to the satisfaction of the Officer of the

The mistake is obvious and needs ratification. Applicants shall furnish undertaking to the satisfaction of the Superintendent of M. A. C. T. Nandurbar.

In view of the above, in para Nos. 5 and 12 of the order dated 26.08.2025 after word satisfaction of the, words 'Superintendent of M.A.C.T. Nandurbar' shall be substituted. 5.

Correction be carried out and corrected copy be uploaded. Motion stands disposed of.
