1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0015 of 2024, registered at Sonai Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under sections 307, 324, 327, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149, 342, 452 of the IPC.

3] The investigation in the matter is complete. The charge-sheet is also filed. This fact is not disputed. In the instant case, admittedly, the fight is between the family

members and whereas the Injury Certificate, prima facie, indicates that the injuries are simple. In terms of interim relief, this court has granted protection to the applicants that in the event of arrest, the applicants be released on bail.

4] Considering the above facts and considering that the injuries are simple in nature, so also, that the fight is between the family members, the interim order granted stands confirmed. However, the applicants are put to notice that, if, there is any further offence of similar nature, the present order would stand recalled.

5] In view of the above, the application is allowed in the following terms :

i] In the event the applicants are arrested in connection with Crime No.0015 of 2024, registered at Sonai Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 327, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149, 342, 452 of the IPC, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. ii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall

not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

6] In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

7] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

8] The application stands disposed of.
