ORDER :

The application is filed for suspension of substantive sentence. The appellant is behind bars as he is convict for the offence punishable under section 326 of I.P.C. and sentence of five years is given.

Today learned counsel Shri. Shelke holding of Shri. Suryawanshi for original complainant filed affidavit of original complainant Dnyaneshwar, the only injured witness and he submitted that the complainant wants to settle the matter with the applicant. He submitted that bail needs to be given to the
Cri. Appln. No. 716/15 appellant in view of the possibility of settlement. 3.
Whether matter can be settled, can be considered at the time of hearing of the appeal. But, in view of this development, the application is allowed. Substantive sentence is suspended.
