This petition was listed today to enable the petitioners to make a statement as to whether the petitioner - Zilla Parishad is willing to promote the respondent to the post of Anganwadi Sevika. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that an appointment letter will be issued to the respondent as regards her appointment to the post of Anganwadi Sevika in the week commencing from 05.02.2023.
