The applicants have moved this application seeking condonation of 4 days delay in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 19/09/2017 passed by the learned District Judge - 7 and Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the respondent.

Considering the submissions advanced in the light of cause assigned to condone the delay, I am of the view that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay. 4.

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Delay condoned. Appeal be registered.
