By this civil application, the applicants have prayed for impleading them as partyrespondents in the writ petition filed by Respondent No.1-Orig. Petitioner. Since the applicants to the civil application have already filed writ petition which is converted into Public Interest Litigation No.25/2019 is being heard alongwith Writ Petition No.3180/2021, no purpose would be served by impleading the applicants herein as party-respondents to the Writ Petition filed by Respondent No.1-Orig. Petitioner.
