ORDER:- IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2767 OF 2023 AND CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2766 OF 2023 :

Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of their entire respective amounts of compensation, which have been deposited by the Acquiring Body alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

However, This Court, in other connected matters, vide order dated 25.07.2022, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 50% of the deposited compensation amounts. As such, the applicants herein are also permitted to withdraw the 50% of deposited amounts of compensation

(2) 931 CA-2767.2023 & ors.odt alongwith the proportionate interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The remaining amounts be kept in FDR in any nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of these appeals.

The civil applications are accordingly disposed of. IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.7960 OF 2022 AND CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 7833 OF 2022 :

At the request of learned Counsel or the Acquiring Body, the applications are disposed of since the amount of compensation has been deposited.
