This Petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to take decision on tribe certificate validation proposal pertaining to the Petitioner, pending with the Scrutiny Committee, forwarded in the year 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ONE YEAR from today and it is accordingly directed.

The Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed not to take any adverse action against the Petitioner only on the ground of non-submission of validation certificate, until the decision on the proposal in respect of the validation of the tribe certificate pending with the Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
