Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No. 143/2024, registered at Parli Vaijanath Rural Police Station, Parli Vaijnath, District Beed, for the offences punishable under sections 307, 324, 504, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code 3.

It is the case against the applicants that they administered poison to the informant and assaulted her with a belt, stone, and wood. The learned APP has produced the medical report of the injured, which shows that the informant was hospitalized for one month and is unable to follow Page 1 of

26 ABA 205-2025 her daily routine due to the assault and the administration of poison by the applicants.

Considering the nature of the offence and the injuries sustained by the informant, this is not a case in which anticipatory bail should be granted to the applicants. The application is, therefore, dismissed. ( ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J. ) vj gawade/-.
