Heard Mr. Adwant, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that, there is in action on the part of Collector in deciding application of the petitioner filed U/Sec. 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act (for short 'Securitization Act). Since three years application is pending. 02.
On 16th February, 2022, we had asked the learned Assistant Government Pleader to take status of the proceeding. 03.
The learned A. G. P. on the basis of communication received by him from the office of the Collector, Nashik makes a statement that, within a period of four (04) weeks from today, the final orders would be passed on the application filed by the
2 wp 2281.22 petitioner U/Sec. 14 of the Securitization Act. Said statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
