The petitioner seeks review of the order dt. 09.01.2019. The learned counsel submits that, as per Rule 4(5) of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1988, two or more applicants are entitled to file single application if the applicants have a common interest.

In fact the appointing authority of applicants No. 1 and 2 is different. Both of them are from the different district. It is in light of that, we had passed the order and did not interfere with the order of Tribunal.
