Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the present Writ Petition arises out of order dated 15th January, 2016 passed by Family Court, Nanded below Exhibit-7 in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 131 of 2015. She submits that during pendency of the present Writ Petition, the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 131 of 2015 itself has been disposed of by order dated 5th February, 2018.

In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this Writ petition.
