Considering our earlier orders dated April 11, 2022 and April 20, 2022, the learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation places on record a communication received by him from the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation dated 05.05.2022, to intimate the Court that the orders of this Court have been complied with and entire encroachment has been removed. The copy of the said communication is taken on record and marked as "X-2" for identification.
