The petitioner/Corporation is aggrieved by the interlocutory order dated 02/09/1997 passed by the Labour Court granting interim relief to the respondent in Complaint (ULP) No.63/1997. The petitioner is also aggrieved by the interim order of the Industrial Court dated 19/08/1999 by which application for interim relief in the Revision (ULP) No.15/1998 filed by the petitioner/Corporation was rejected.

However, by order dated 06/03/2000 passed by this Court, khs/JUNE 2017/715

both these interlocutory orders were stayed and the said interim relief was confirmed by this Court while admitting this petition on 01/10/2001.

In the light of the above, this petition is partly allowed with the following directions :- [a] The Labour Court shall decide Complaint (ULP) No.63/1997, if not already decided, on or before 31/03/2018. [b] The Revision (ULP) No.15/1998, in the light of the above direction, stands disposed of, if not already disposed of by the Industrial Court, Ahmednagar.
