The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

Learned Counsel for the applicants/claimants submits that the S.L.A.O. had granted rate of Rs.6,00,000/- per Hectare for the acquired land which, the learned Reference Court has enhanced to Rs.11,00,000/- per Hectare. Thus, the enhancement is only below 1/2

938 CA 2657-2025 two times. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount of compensation alongwith the interest thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.
