1. Learned counsels for both the sides present. They have filed compromise pursis. They submitted that parties have settled the dispute and they have filed the terms of compromise. In this proceeding they are requesting to prepare compromise decree accordingly. They have identified their respective clients who have signed on the pursis.

2. In view of this submission, compromise decree is to be prepared in terms of compromise pursis by modifying the decree given by the first appellate Court. Appeal is disposed of in those terms. Civil Applications are also disposed of.
