When applications for quashing of F.I.R. were listed for hearing, none appears for the applicants. Therefore, the applications were dismissed for want of prosecution. These applications are filed for restoration of the applications filed for quashing of the First Information Report.

We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Considering the averments made in the applications, the applications are allowed and disposed of. Criminal Applications for quashing of F.I.R. are restored to its original position. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the applications with further liberty to file application for discharge. The applications are rejected as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
