The learned advocate for the applicant submits that vigilance is conducted. The petitioner has filed Say to the vigilance report. The final arguments were also advanced in the month of July, 2020 but as yet the judgment is not delivered by the Committee. 2.

In case, the Committee has not delivered the judgment then we pass the following order:

ORDER

(a) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd February, 2021 and put-forth her case. The Committee shall thereafter take decision upon the

(b) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. (c) In view of the disposal of Writ Petition, the Civil Applications stand disposed of.
