This is an application for condonation of delay in presenting Civil Application seeking review/ modification of the order passed in Writ Petition No.3343/2005, decided on 30.8.2007.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. Since the delay is more than eight years, we put the applicant to terms in respect of payment of amount of costs. The applicant shall deposit the amount of costs, quantified at Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with the Library of the High Court Bar Association Library, Bench at Aurangabad within a period of four weeks from today. Subject to deposit of amount as directed above, the delay occurred in presenting the application is condoned. Civil Application stands disposed of.
