PER COURT :- 1.

Having regard to the grounds of objections raised in exception to the impugned judgment and the averments made in the application for withdrawal of the amount, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order.

ORDER

1.

The applicants are presently permitted to withdraw 50 per cent of the total amount on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed, they will redeposit the said amount within two months of passing such order. The balance 50 per cent amount be invested in a Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized Bank initially for a period of two years and, if required, for further period, till disposal of the appeal. Civil Application stands disposed of.
