This is an application for substitution of bank guarantee. The petitioners pray for leave to furnish bank guarantee of State Bank of Hyderabad, Branch Harangul, Dist. Latur in substitution guarantee extended by Bank of Maharashtra, Main Branch, Latur. 2.

We do not find any reason to refuse to grant prayer. The
