ORAL JUDGMENT :- .

The present appellant had filed application for custody of minors under the provisions of the Guardians and Wards Act and for appointment of appellant as guardian. The said application is filed in the year 2002. At the time when application was filed the elder child that is daughter namely Prithavidevi was of eight years old. The second and third child i. e. son Vasudev and Govind were aged six and five years respectively.

With the passage of time all the minors have become major. As such the very purpose of filing application stands frustrated, as these wards have already become major.

In view of that, as with the passage of time, the purpose of filing of the application for custody stands frustrated. All the minor wards have become major. As such, first appeal accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
