Order :- Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for applicantsoriginal claimants and learned AGP for respondents No. 1 and 2. 2.

It has been submitted that, the deceased appellant No.1 Jagdish s/o. Vasudeo Menon has filed First Appeal No. 1075 and same came to be admitted for final hearing on merit before this Court. In the appeal, notices were served to respondent No.3. But, no one else appears on behalf of respondent No.3. Therefore, in view of the nature of subject matter, the application deserves to be allowed for bringing legal representatives of applicant No.1 on record. 3.

In view of above submission on behalf of applicants and learned AGP for respondents No.1 and 2, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The legal representatives of deceased appellant No.1 Jagdish Vasudeo Menon be taken on record as an appellant by requisite amendment within two weeks. Accordingly, civil application stands disposed of.
