The applicant prays for condonation of delay of 547 days in filing this civil application for seeking restoration of the writ petition which was refused registration by the order of the Registrar dated 04.08.2014 on account of failure to remove office objections. 2.

The order at issue has been passed prior to issuance of notices to any of the respondents.

In the light of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 547 days is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- by the applicant to the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today. The order of the Registrar dated 04.08.2014 stands recalled. The applicants shall remove all the office objections within a period of three weeks from today. 4.

It is made clear that if the directions as above are not complied with within the period as directed, this order shall stand recalled. The civil application shall then stand rejected and the order of the Registrar shall then be restored. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) S.S.DESHPANDE 2 / 2
