The learned A.G.P. has taken instructions and submits that the grievance of the Petitioner would be redressed by taking a decision on his representation, which has been filed in view of the objection raised by the Petitioner on the website of the Government of Maharashtra. This is required to be dealt with by Respondent No.2/In-charge State Examination Coordinator and Joint Settlement Commissioner and Additional Director, Land Records, Maharashtra State. It is stated that the decision would be taken by 16/02/2024 and would be communicated to the Petitioner on his E-mail I.D.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the decision conveyed to him, he would be at liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law.
