The petitioner seeks inquiry against the respondents on the ground that the Talathi has made false panchanama. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the said panchanama is produced before Civil Court in the pending civil suit. The civil Court is seized with the matter. We cannot preempt any decision by the Civil Court by entertaining the present Writ Petition.

In the light of above, no interference is called for. Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
