This application is filed by the original Petitioner seeking permission to serve Respondents No.1 to 4 by way of substituted service, by paper publication. It is the contention of the Applicants that, since notices issued to the Respondents could not be served on them, he seeks permission to serve them by substituted service of paper publication.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "B". Applicant is permitted to publish notices in the newspapers within two weeks from the date of this order and submit proof of publication with the Registry within four weeks.
