Heard both sides. By order dated 2nd February 2022, this Court has dismissed the application bearing Criminal Application No. 1395 of 2021 for non-compliance of the order dated 08.09.2021. Learned Counsel for the applicants assures this Court that in terms of the order dated 08.09.2021 the amendment will be carried out within one week.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause [B] subject to costs of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred)
