The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal for grant of trained graduate pay scale is pending with the authority (Respondent No.2), the same is not yet decided. 2.

In case, the proposal seeking trained graduate pay scale to the petitioner is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits preferably within a period of six (06) months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
