Heard rival submissions. The applicant Tukaram is seeking deletion of the name of present applicant No.2 deceased Indirabai from the appeal.

It appears that Indirabai admittedly died on 08.09.2001 as per the death certificate annexed. Moreover, her legal heir i.e. present applicant No.1 is already on record. 3.

As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of accordingly. The deletion be carried out forthwith.
