The learned AGP submits that a statutory remedy by preferring a second revision u/s 257 of the M.L.R. Code is available to the petitioner in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra [2015(6) Mh.L.J.915].

In the light of the above, learned Advocate for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition so as to avail of the statutory remedy available in law.

In view of the above, this petition disposed off, as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If the petitioner prefers the second revision u/s 257 within 6 weeks from today, the time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 07/02/2018 till the filing of the revision petition within 6 weeks, shall be considered as a good ground for condonation of delay.
