Despite service of court notice, the respondent/ husband has failed to appear either in person or through an advocate. On 27.02.2019, this Court had passed the following order :- "1.
The applicant/wife prays for transferring Petition-A No.549/2018 from the Family Court at Nashik to the Family Court at Ahmednagar. She is residing with her parents who are aged. A six years old daughter is residing with her. She was compelled to leave her marital home due to the harassment caused by the husband and his family members.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 05.04.2019. Until then, the Family Court would adjourn the proceedings at Nashik. 4.
A spare copy of the paper book for serving the respondent is tendered in the Court and the same is taken on record."
In view of the above, this Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "C" and Petition No.A-549/2018 shall stand transferred from the Family Court at Nashik to the Family Court at Ahmednagar.
The applicant/ wife shall appear before the concerned court at Ahmednagar on 12.07.2019. Notice to the respondent/ husband can be issued by the said court for causing his appearance. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
