The learned counsel submits that Rainpada and Hanumantnagar are constituted as separate revenue village long back. However, no separate Grampanchayat is constituted. The group Grampanchayat for Kakarde (Kakardpada), Rainpada and Hanumantnagar exist in Sakri Taluka. As separate revenue villages are constituted, a separate Grampanchayat is to be constituted for Rainpada and Hanumantnagar. The Divisional Commissioner has forwarded the proposal for the said purpose to respondent No.1 in September, 2020, but as yet, no decision has been taken upon it.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

In case, the proposal (Page-12) for constituting the separate Grampanchayat is forwarded by the Divisional Commissioner and is pending with respondent no.1, respondent no.1 shall take steps as per law and procedure, preferably within a period of six months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
