ORAL JUDGMENT (PER R.D. DHANUKA, J.):

Learned A.G.P. for respondents No.1 to 4 does not dispute that the issue involved in this petition and the challenge to the impugned order dated 31/12/2005, cancelling admission of the petitioner to postal D.Ed. Course, issued by respondent No.4 is already concluded by judgment dated 7/12/2010 in Writ Petition No.610/2006 along with other companion mattes filed before this Court. The statement is accepted.

In view of the fact that, in identical matters the impugned order dated 31/12/2005, which is subject matter of this Writ Petition, is already quashed and set aside by judgment and order dated 7/12/2010 in Writ Petition No.610/2006 along with other companion matters, and the said judgment applies to the facts of this case, we pass the following order :

ORDER
