The learned counsel submits that seperate revenue villages, namely, Jairamnagar, Shivajinagar and Punajinagar are constituted in the years 1985 and 1995. However, notification for constituting the Grampanchayat is not issued. The Divisional Commissioner has forwarded a proposal to respondent no.1 for the said purpose. It is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

In case, the proposal (Page-12) for constituting the separate Grampanchayat is forwarded by the Divisional Commissioner
