1) The learned counsel Shri. S.S. Thombre, holding for Advocate-on-record for the applicants, on instructions, submitted that his clients were arrested after granting interim relief and they are released on bail. He submitted that as per his information charge sheet is not filed but the police have completed investigation. He

2 Application 980/2014 submitted that in view of these circumstances, on instructions, he wants to withdraw the application. 2) If at all the applicants were arrested and released on bail, they were released only due to interim relief granted by this Court and regular bail was not granted to them. In view of the submissions it is made clear that after withdrawal of the application the relief of interim nature will also automatically get vacated. 3) Criminal Application No.980 of 2014 is disposed of as withdrawn.
