We have heard Mr Ingale, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. for the State.

Considering the relief claimed, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to move Divisional Commissioner or appropriate authority. 3.

In the light of that, we pass the

The petitioner may move the concerned authority. In case, such application is received by the concerned authority, the concerned authority shall take decision upon such application on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, preferably within eight months from the receipt of such application.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
