It is submitted that the petitioner has filed application for issuance of tribe certificate of Mannervarlu - Scheduled Tribe. The said application is submitted on 21.6.2016 before Tahsildar, however, the same is not yet forwarded to the Respondent No.2 S.D.O.

We have heard learned A.G.P. for Respondents. 4.

It is the Respondent No.2 who has to decide the application. In case the said application is not forwarded by the Respondent No.3 to Respondent No.2, the same shall be forwarded within four

(4) weeks. On receipt of the same, the Respondent No.2 shall

decide the said application on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
