We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The petitioner has been placed on supernumerary post.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P. for respondents. 4.

The impugned order is passed without notice to the petitioner and without hearing the petitioner. The same is without adhering to the principles of natural justice.

In the light of that, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. 6.

If the respondents want to initiate action similar to the impugned order, then the petitioner shall be issued with notice and then only further steps be taken.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 01.03.2021. The committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
